I’m Róisín Jones.
I am a psychotherapist and psychodynamic coach. The therapies I offer are tailored to suit different people’s needs and situations:
- Short-term or periodic consultation is designed to support you if you are dealing with a specific issue in your personal or professional life
- Psychotherapy addresses deeper questions – working out your direction in life; coming to terms with your past; or dealing with ongoing issues such as anxiety, depression or lack of confidence
- Stress management is a combination of talking therapy and body work to address the mental and physiological aspects of stress
I also specialise in helping people in the creative industries who are suffering from stress-induced burnout or creative block.
