Peg is a 2012 Viking wideboat, measuring 60′ x 10′.
The engine is barely run in as we have only sailed in and around London.
There are two central heating systems. The first (Webasto) runs off the diesel to heat the radiators along one side of the boat, and also provide hot water. The water takes 20 minutes to heat up and is VERY hot. The second is the woodburner with back boiler, which heats the radiators along the other side.
The water tank holds 200 gallons. There is a separate tap in the kitchen which provides filtered water.
The diesel tank holds 80 gallons.
Peg can be plugged in to shoreside electricity supply if you are moored. When not on mains supply the electricity is supplied by the leisure batteries which are charged by running the engine and also by three large solar panels on the roof. The batteries also charge up when sailing.
Peg has been carefully maintained since she was built. She is currently in dry dock for blacking, hull survey and anode check/replacement so will be in tip top condition ready for the new owner.
