ABOUT ME

I joined the advertising agency BBH in 1996 and since then have held a number of roles including global strategy partner on Dove, Vodafone and M&S.  I have also delivered behaviour change strategies for the Cabinet Office and other government departments, as well as for the NHS during Covid.

I have an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies and Organisational Consultancy; a post-Masters Practitioner Certificate in Systems-Psychodynamic Coaching and am accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Before working in advertising I was a commissioning editor for an arts publisher in Paris, after which I did an MBA at London Business School where I was awarded a scholarship. My undergraduate degree was in French Literature, from King’s College, London.

In 2019 I completed a six-year, Level 7 UKCP training in psychotherapy. I am particularly interested in the connection between the mind and body, and am qualified in a number of body therapies to support psychological and emotional wellbeing.

I have a private practice in Essex and continue to work occasionally as a freelance strategy director.
