I joined the advertising agency BBH in 1996 and subsequently went on to hold a number of senior roles including Global Strategy Partner on Dove, Global Strategy Director on Vodafone and International Strategy Director on M&S. I also delivered behaviour change programmes for the Cabinet Office and other government departments, as well as for the NHS during Covid.
Before working in advertising I was a commissioning editor for an arts publisher in Paris, after which I did an MBA at London Business School where I was awarded a scholarship. My undergraduate degree was in French Literature, from King’s College, London.
I have an MA in Psychoanalytic Organisational Consultancy and a post-Masters Practitioner Diploma in Systems-Psychodynamic Coaching, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
In 2019 I completed a six-year, Level 7 UKCP training in Psychotherapy.
I have now retired from advertising and am in private practice in Suffolk and London.
