I act as a thinking partner to people who could do with a confidential ally away from the politics and pressures of work.
As a strategist, I help you step back and analyse complex problems, relationships, organisational dynamics, or decisions about your future, with clarity and perspective. I act as a catalyst to help spark ideas and concepts, whether in your current work, or for interviews or other important opportunities to showcase your abilities and potential to the full.
At the personal level, the daily demand to deliver originality and creativity can be psychically and emotionally draining. In high-pressure settings, it is often the people who are most finely-tuned who end up as the shock absorbers for organisational stress, leading to mental and emotional overload and loss of confidence. My coaching sessions offer the structure and containment to examine and deal with these feelings without them spinning out of control.
I offer secluded time and space to discuss, analyse and gain insight into whatever work-related issues you are dealing with. My aim is to help you in the here and now – to think clearly and act in your own best interests.
I meet clients in person, in central London, for the first session, and thereafter via a combination of face-to-face and remote meetings by agreement.
